We believe preparing and serving food is an art form. Our in-house team of professionals specialize in creative cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients. Whether it is a formal sit down dinner or a more casual style service, we can help you to carefully select and budget your menu. We also offer advice on food presentation to give your reception personality, and help you select wine and cocktails to pair with your chosen menu.
We then provide a complimentary “tasting” of your choices. For most couples, your wedding is the largest party you will ever have... inviting all your closest friends and family to attend! We want you to be certain that you are happy with your choice of menu, style of service, and the preparation. That makes one less concern for you!
